Budget Formulation

The Office of Planning, Budget, and Analysis (PBA) facilitates corporate budget formulation through strategic principles and portfolio analysis. The office leads EERE's work in preparing the:

• FY 2009 Budget-in-Brief
• Annual Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Benefits Estimates

EERE also provides testimony to Congress regarding the budget. Key budget testimony is available on the EERE site.
