Program Benefits Analysis 
The Office of Budget performs public benefits analysis, which estimates the future benefits of EERE programs under the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993. While looking at projected benefits, this analysis also retroactively assesses the benefits of past program activities.
