Methodology and Results
The Office of Budget performs public benefits analysis, which estimates the future benefits of EERE programs under the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993. Other offices within DOE conduct a similar analyses for their offices, and these are coordinated by the department's benefits Integration Working Group (IWG). In FY 2007, the IWG conducted an extensive, formal expert peer review of GPRA methodology and results. The final report of the peer review panel, as well as documentation and presentations that informed the findings, can be accessed below.
