PBA provides guidance to all of EERE's programs regarding the preparation of multiyear program plans, facilitates development and refinement of EERE corporate goals, and facilitates corporate strategic planning.
PBA leads EERE corporate budget formulation and defense, annual performance plan facilitation, quarterly program performance reporting, and related President's Management Agenda (PMA) topics.
PBA takes an active role in measuring the performance and conducting evaluations of EERE's major programs.
PBA conducts analyses and collects and disseminates data relating to renewable energy and energy efficiency programs and the related technologies.
