Program Performance and Evaluation
The Office of Planning, Budget, and Analysis (PBA) takes an active role in measuring the performance and conducting evaluations of EERE's major programs. PBA oversees performance measurement for EERE's programs, tracking measurable results against a planned results timeline or accomplishment of defined procedural steps or milestones. PBA also manages program evaluation, providing retrospective reviews of a program's benefits and effectiveness over a specified amount of time and typically considers a broad range of both quantitative and qualitative factors.
