The Office of Business Administration provides services to EERE's assistant secretary, the program management offices, and others. The office is the central organization for all EERE business products, processes, and systems, including the key activities listed below.

Features current budget summaries and details, budget testimony and links to previous budgets.

Information and Business Management

Includes e-Government and program management systems collaboration, as well as other tools that help manage EERE's programs and its portfolio of projects.

Performance and Evaluation

Includes departmental performance tracking and reporting, and retrospective program evaluation methods and reports.

Planning

Features information on the National Energy Policy, DOE's and EERE's Strategic Plan, technology multiyear plans, guidance, and links.

Program Execution Support

Includes administrative management policy direction and support, logistics, procurement and loan guarantee procedures, data entry support, contractor performance analysis, human resources, travel, training, records management, and security.

Project Management

Features information on EERE's Project Management Center, which is a "virtual hub" for the project management of EERE's programs.
