Breakout Track 3 - Hydrocarbon Fuels
Technical breakout tracks offered Biomass 2010 participants the opportunity to attend sessions focused on specific topic areas and engage in dialogue in a smaller group setting. There were four breakout tracks, each with three distinct sessions.
This technical track focused on discussion of advanced biofuels that are infrastructure compatible and offer great potential for the future of renewable fuels. Specifically, it included discussion of thermochemical and biochemical conversion of cellulosic biomass and algal systems into fuels suitable for today and tomorrow's engines.
