Standard Biomass Analytical Procedures
Laboratory analytical procedures (LAPs) are developed in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). More information about the Department of Energy's research and development partnership with NREL can be found on the program partners page.
The following NREL and analogous ASTM laboratory procedures provide tested and accepted methods for performing analyses commonly used in biofuels research.
