Valerie Reed Tweets about the Future of Biofuels

This Friday, December 16, Valerie Reed, Acting Program Manager for the Department of Energy’s Biomass Program, will be hosting a live Twitter chat! Dr. Reed will be taking questions and discussing the importance of advancing the domestic biofuels industry to reduce the nation’s dependence on foreign oil and ensure a secure energy future. Dr. Reed has been working with the Biomass Program for 17 years in many capacities, including oversight of the current deployment efforts that have led to 27 biorefineries in various stages of construction.
