The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is considering potential standards commercial refrigeration equipment, which would achieve the maximum improvement in energy efficiency that is both technologically feasible, economical, and would result in significant energy savings. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and receive comments concerning the commercial refrigeration equipment under consideration, the analyses performed to evaluate efficiency standards, potential efficiency standard levels, and other issues affecting this rulemaking.
