The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) held a public meeting to cover the notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) for the Metal Halide Lamp Ballast Test Procedure. The public provided DOE the opportunity to present the proposal and to respond to interested parties' questions. DOE also seek input from interested parties on the proposed test procedure, its methods, and sources.
