Purpose: This public meeting gave DOE an opportunity to present its methodology and the results of the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANOPR) analyses, and to respond to stakeholders' questions. The meeting also allowed DOE to explain its plans for the remaining analyses (those supporting the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking) and to seek input from stakeholders on its planned methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.
