Distribution Transformers Determination Analysis

In October 1997, the Department of Energy determined, based on the best information currently available, that energy conservation standards for distribution transformers are technologically feasible and economically justified, and are likely to result in significant energy savings. This determination initiated the process of establishing test procedures and energy conservation standards for this product.
