Commercial Refrigeration Equipment NOPR Public Meeting

The purpose of this public meeting is to give DOE an opportunity to present its methodology and the results of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) analyses, and to respond to interested parties' questions. The meeting will also allow DOE to explain its plans for the remaining analyses supporting the Final Rule and to seek input from interested parties on its planned methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.

Request to Speak

The Department must receive requests to speak at the public meeting before 4 PM EDT on September 9, 2008. Please submit a signed original and an electronic copy of statements to be given no later than 4 PM EDT on September 16, 2008.

How to Submit Comments

You may submit comments electronically, by mail, or by courier. Wherever possible, comments in the electronic format should carry the electronic signature of the author. Absent an electronic signature, comments submitted electronically must be followed and authenticated by submitting the signed original paper document.

All comments submitted must identify the Commercial Refrigeration Equipment Rulemaking, the Docket Number, and Regulatory Identifier Number (RIN).
