Central Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps NOPR Technical Support Document

This technical support document (TSD) provides the technical analysis and results in support of the information presented in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for residential central air conditioners and heat pumps. The technical support document was published in October 2000, and consists of 12 chapters, Appendices A through H, and the Regulatory Impact Analysis.
