The Department of Energy (DOE) is holding a public meeting that covers the standby mode and off mode test procedure Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) for fluorescent lamp ballasts. This public meeting gives DOE an opportunity to present the proposals in the standby mode and off mode test procedure NOPR and to respond to stakeholder questions. DOE will also seek input from stakeholders on the planned methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.
