The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) will hold a public meeting on September 21, 2009, to discuss the analyses presented and issues identified in the framework document. At the public meeting, DOE will make a number of presentations, invite discussion on the rulemaking process as it applies to residential clothes washers, and solicit comments, data, and information from participants.

How to Submit Comments

You may submit comments electronically, by mail, or by courier. Wherever possible, comments in the electronic format should carry the electronic signature of the author. Absent an electronic signature, comments submitted electronically must be authenticated by submitting the signed original paper document.
