The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) held an informal public meeting to cover the energy conservation standard notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) for general service fluorescent lamps and incandescent reflector lamps. This public meeting gave DOE an opportunity to present its amended energy conservation standard proposals and the methodology analyses prepared for the NOPR, and to respond to questions from interested parties. The meeting also enabled DOE to seek input from interested parties on its proposals, methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.
The comment period for this stage of the rulemaking analysis closes 60 days after publication in the Federal Register. How to Submit Comments.
