Energy Conservation Standard Framework & Test Procedure Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

The Department of Energy (DOE) is holding a public meeting that will cover 1) the rulemaking framework document for general service fluorescent lamps and incandescent reflector lamps energy conservation standards and 2) notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) for general service fluorescent lamps, general service incandescent lamps, and incandescent reflector lamps test procedures. The energy conservation standards framework and test procedure NOPR are posted below along with details on how to submit comments.

Please note, those wishing to bring laptops into the public meeting will need to obtain a property pass. Visitors should avoid bringing laptops, or allow an extra 45 minutes.
