Fluorescent and Incandescent Lamps: How to Submit Comments

All comments submitted must identify the Fluorescent and Incandescent Lamps Rulemaking activity to which it corresponds. The Department of Energy presently has two active rulemakings on Fluorescent and Incandescent Lamps, an Energy Conservation Standard Rulemaking and a Test Procedure Rulemaking. Each rulemaking has its own docket number and regulatory information number (RIN):
