HVAC, Refrigeration, and Controls Supplier Summit

The Commercial Building Energy Alliances bring together commercial building owners and operators who work to significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions of buildings. Currently, alliances exist for retail, commercial real estate, and hospitals, with more to come. Learn more.

The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Commercial Building Energy Alliances and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) are hosting a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration, and Controls Supplier Summit on January 28, 2010, in Orlando, Florida. This page provides information about the summit, including audience, time, location, agenda outline, and registration information.

Supplier Summit Goal

The goal of the HVAC, Refrigeration, and Controls Supplier Summit is to provide a forum to discuss the challenges of retrofitting existing buildings to be more energy efficient. At this summit, coordinated by the Commercial Building Energy Alliances (CBEAs) in conjunction with DOE and ASHRAE, building owners and operators will outline their HVAC, refrigeration, and controls needs for meeting energy targets. Suppliers will gain insight into the energy and equipment goals of both large and small retail and commercial real estate companies and hospitals and ultimately contribute to solutions that will change the way buildings use energy.
