DOE Assembles a New Building Technologies Program Web Site
June 25, 2008
DOE has launched a newly redesigned Building Technologies Program Web site that showcases DOE's vision and research efforts for net-zero energy buildings—homes and commercial buildings that will produce as much energy as they use. The site also promotes today's best practices in residential and commercial construction, providing builders and owners with proven design and technology strategies for saving 30% or more in energy consumption versus typical buildings built to code. The site has been streamlined by several hundred pages to focus more precisely on audience needs. See the revised Building Technologies Program Web site.
