The Windows Volume Purchase RFP

The High Performance Windows Volume Purchase Program issued two different Requests for Proposals (RFPs):

• Phase I RFP for residential and light commercial windows in February 2010

• Phase II RFP that also concentrates on further commercial products in January 2011
