Clean Cities Publishes Electric Vehicle Handbook for Fleet Managers

April 18, 2012

A new generation of plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) is hitting the road, and Clean Cities is helping fleet managers take full advantage of their potential to reduce petroleum use and emissions.

The newly published Clean Cities PEV Handbook for Fleet Managers provides information on vehicles, maintenance, safety, emissions, charging equipment, and more. The handbook also points fleet managers to a host of resources and information that can help them successfully incorporate PEVs into their operations.

Available on the Clean Cities Publications page, this 20-page guide is the second in a series of four Clean Cities PEV handbooks, each tailored to meet the needs of one of four key stakeholders in PEV deployment: consumers, fleet managers, public charging station hosts, and electrical contractors.
