At the 2013 Green Fleet Conference and Expo, a number of Clean Cities coordinators and stakeholders received awards for their dedication to increasing the environmental sustainability of vehicle fleets. Green Fleet named Melissa Howell, coordinator of the Kentucky Clean Cities Partnership, and Keith Leech, coordinator of Sacramento Clean Cities, as Sustainability All-Star Winners. The 100 Best Fleets website declared the City of Sacramento fleet, which Keith Leech also manages, as the No. 1 Government Green Fleet. The website also recognized a number of other Clean Cities stakeholders, including the University of California, Davis, which hosts the East Bay Clean Cities coalition.

The Green Fleet Conference and Expo works to educate fleet managers and industry suppliers on improving the environmental sustainability of their fleets.
