NREL to Hold Workshop on Energy Storage Needs for Material Handling Equipment in Conjunction with ProMat 2011
March 17, 2011
The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) will hold a workshop focusing on onboard storage performance needs for material handling equipment and other motive fuel cell applications in conjunction with the ProMat 2011 Conference on Monday, March 21 in Chicago. Workshop participants will include equipment developers, manufacturers, end users, and expert stakeholders who will be discussing important performance requirements for material handling equipment and the impacts these requirements will have on onboard energy storage needs.
The information from this workshop will be used by NREL to identify performance needs for onboard energy storage in fuel cell powered material handling equipment. A final report of the project will be published in the fall of 2011.
The workshop is open to the public, but participants must register for free for ProMat 2011 to attend. Limited seating is available, register today. Please contact Chris Ainscough with questions about this workshop.
