Library of Approved Navigation Labels

Below you will find a list of select, commonly used navigation labels for use on EERE Web sites plus tips on how to use them. You will also find labels for use on conference, meeting, and workshop sites.

How to Use the Library

Consult the list of navigation labels to see if it contains terms that accurately describe your content.

For example, if you are adding a publications section to your Information Resources section, scan the list of approved labels for Information Resources. If the Publications label accurately describes your content, use that term in your proposed draft information architecture.

If you have content that does not fit under an approved navigation label, contact the EERE Information Architect.
