U.S. Department of Energy - Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
EERE Communication Standards & Guidelines
These are EERE's official print and letterhead templates, including fact sheets, tri-fold fact sheets, report covers, business cards, and Word documents.
You are not required to use these templates for your EERE products. These templates were designed to allow EERE staff and contractors to produce EERE-branded files quickly and easily.
If you want to create your own template, have questions about the current template, or want to request additional templates, contact the EERE Publications Manager.
In 2014, EERE updated all of the outreach templates and added inside page templates to the report template. All templates are in line with updated standards. Each template has an InDesign file with a pink design layer with tips and formatting instructions. If you do not have Adobe InDesign, you can use the design layer PDF as a reference for how to format your document using another publishing tool.
If you have questions about any of the templates on this page, please contact EERE Communications at firstname.lastname@example.org.
