Free Combined Heat and Power Screenings
FEMP offers quick screenings for CHP potential to interested Federal sites. To obtain a free quick screening report for your site, please go to FEMP's new on-line data entry form. This initial screening (recommended for facilities with significant thermal power needs and more than 1 MW of average electric demand) helps determine if more detailed analysis for your facility is worth the effort. Sites with CHP potential and strong agency commitment can request additional services to verify the feasibility and move forward with their CHP project.
You can also download an Excel version of the form—just fill in the requested information and submit the form via email or fax. On the form, please indicate to whom we should send the resulting analysis and report (Excel 33 KB, 3 pp).
