Energy Service Company Public Forums
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) holds quarterly public forums with energy savings performance contract (ESPC) energy services companies (ESCOs) and the general public. These forums provide an opportunity for Federal agencies to learn about the new ESPC contract and to meet with the newly-selected ESCOs.
