ESPC ENABLE Project Assistance and Training

ESPC ENABLE Training
To learn how to use ESPC ENABLE, take the Streamlining ESPCs for Small Sites First Thursday Seminar on demand.

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) offers project assistance and training to help Federal agencies implement projects using the Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) ENABLE procurement process.

Project Assistance

During the pilot phase, project assistance from FEMP is cost-free and may include project management and technical support from project facilitators or procurement assistance from retired Federal contracting officers. General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officers are also available to answer questions for projects using the GSA Federal Supply Schedule 84, SIN 246-53.

To learn more about one-on-one project assistance for your ESPC ENABLE project, contact Evan Fuka at 202-406-4107.

Training

As the ESPC ENABLE moves from pilot phase to full launch, FEMP is offering formal training to agencies and service providers to help them understand the ESPC ENABLE procurement process.

Check the FEMP training calendar for ESPC ENABLE training opportunities.
