FEMP Project Assistance and Contacts for Energy Savings Performance Contracts
FEMP offers several forms of assistance to help Federal agencies develop energy savings performance contract (ESPC) projects that are technically excellent, contractually and legally sound, and financially smart.
Federal Financing Specialists: Available to help agencies gain access to FEMP resources and get started with their projects.
Project Facilitators: Assigned to each FEMP ESPC project, these specialists provide expert assistance to guide Federal agencies through the ESPC process.
Renewable Energy and Advanced Efficiency Technologies Planning: Free screenings and guidance to identify cost-effective opportunities for agencies to implement energy-efficient products and renewable energy technologies.
ESPC Training: FEMP requests that Federal agencies take its free ESPC training, which teach participants how to navigate the ESPC process and develop a high-value project. Check out the FEMP Calendar of Events for dates and locations. ESPC workshops can also be customized for individual agencies or sites. To learn more, contact a Federal financing specialist.
