Since the inception of DOE's Super Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) program in FY 1998, there have been 187 Super ESPC Delivery Orders. The private sector has invested $1.05 billion in Federal energy efficiency improvements. This private investment results in $2.61 billion of cumulative energy cost savings for the Federal government.
