FEMP Assistance with Super ESPC Projects

The Federal Energy Management Program's (FEMP) assistance programs help Federal agencies develop Super Energy Savings Performance Contract (Super ESPC) projects that are technically excellent, contractually and legally sound, and financially smart.

You can review the Web pages about the assistance FEMP offers, or contact your FEMP representative to learn more and get started.

Project Facilitation

FEMP offers expertise with project facilitation. An experienced FEMP project facilitator assigned to each Super ESPC project (as requested) provides expert assistance with technical, financial, and contractual matters and guides the agency through the entire process of developing, awarding, and verifying savings from the Super ESPC project.

Super ESPC Training

Agencies can take advantage of Super ESPC training provided by FEMP. Super ESPC workshops are taught in various DOE regions each year for agency acquisition teams embarking on energy improvement projects. Telecourses and FEMP-sponsored symposia are other ways to learn about Super ESPCs.

Technical Assistance

FEMP's Technical Assistance programs address many aspects of energy and water efficiency and renewable energy. Technical assistance is available to all Federal organizations, however big or small their energy improvement projects.
