Super ESPC Delivery Order Workshop

Learn how to implement your energy conservation project through the streamlined Super Energy Savings Performance Contracting (Super ESPC) process by attending FEMP's Super ESPC workshop. You will find out how this procurement process allows energy service companies to assume the capital costs of installing energy and water conservation equipment and renewable energy systems at Federal sites. And the course also covers how to issue delivery orders against regional or technology-specific indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
