Phase 4: Implementation

Main Events

  • ESCO's completion and submittal of design and construction package and agency review and approval
  • Construction/installation of energy conservation measures
  • Commissioning, post-installation measurement & verification (M&V)
  • Agency inspection and acceptance of project
  • Performance period: Agency payments, required M&V
  • End of contract term
