Super ESPC ESCOs

The energy service companies (ESCOs) that competed for the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Super Energy Savings Performance Contracts (Super ESPCs) were evaluated based on demonstrated capabilities to manage the development and implementation of multiple ESPC projects over a large geographic area. They were also evaluated on their technical approach and price for one or more site-specific projects defined in DOE's requests for proposals (RFPs).
