Working WITH Your Lawyers — Finding Solutions, Not Problems! Continuing on the progress made during the working session: Breaking Down the Barriers — Engaging Agency Legal Resources to be part of the Solution. Bring the attorneys you've worked with, or thought you'd need to avoid, to this special first-ever session! It will be focused on the legal issues that have caused concern in projects. Together with other attorneys, contracting officers, and energy program professionals, we'll look at the success stories and how they were achieved. We'll also aim to identify the urban legends of what can—and cannot—be done, so that we can work together to most effectively achieve energy program goals.
