ESPC Pricing and Financing Learn how ESPCs can finance the reduction of your facility's energy use and costs. This webinar is intended to give Federal agencies a brief overview of costs and pricing review of the final proposal. Therefore attendees should, at a minimum, have attended a 3-hour ESPC Introductory Webinar or an ESPC Workshop. This training is for Federal employees and contractors located at Federal sites who are involved in or are considering starting an ESPC project at their site.
