Renewable Energy Forum

February 12, 2008

Washington, District of Columbia

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) invites you to a forum to provide input on the development of on-site renewable projects at DOE sites. In order to meet the goals of Secretary Bodman’s Transformational Energy Action Management (TEAM) initiative, the Department plans to enter into contracts for on-site renewable energy projects. These projects will also help the Department meet (or exceed) the federal renewable requirements in the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and Executive Order 13423.

DOE has issued a Request for Information (RFI) on the development of on-site renewable projects at DOE sites. The primary purpose of the forum is to answer questions on the RFI and the TEAM Initiative and to receive feedback from participants.

For more information, read the RFI (PDF 116 KB). Download Adobe Reader
