FEMP Program Manager Offers Insights

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) launched a new online resource to help Federal agencies stay up-to-date on program priorities and developments.  

Provided directly from Dr. Timothy Unruh, FEMP Program Manager, the new resource provides quarterly updates on program activities and accomplishments. These Program Manager Updates are in his words, expressing his point of view and priorities.  

The March 2011 update focuses on energy savings performance contracts (ESPCs). Additional updates will be offered on a quarterly basis.
