Federal Agencies Receive Nearly $3 Million in Rebates from the Hawaiian Electric Company

Federal agencies are receiving benefits from the Hawaiian Electric Company's Energy $olutions Program. The U.S. Departments of the Air Force, Army, and Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the National Weather Service have installed 2,629 solar water heating systems in Hawaii. The Hawaiian Electric Company has provided nearly $3 million in rebates to these agencies.
