The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) recently updated the Technical Assistance Guide: Working with DOE Laboratories, a four-page fact sheet that offers guidance on how Federal agencies can work with DOE’s seven national laboratories through FEMP's technical assistance service or work-for-others agreements.
