The U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) recently updated Facilitating Sound, Cost-Effective Federal Energy Management, a two-page document explaining FEMP’s mission and the areas it supports in helping the Federal Government reduce energy and water consumption.
