Working Group

The Renewable Energy Working Group (REWG) provides a forum for Federal agencies and the renewable energy industry to exchange information on existing and planned projects, lessons learned, sources of project funds, and technologies available.

Guidance

In addition, the REWG is charged with providing guidance surrounding renewable energy regulatory requirements. Final guidance surrounding renewable energy requirements within the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) and Executive Order (E.O) 13423 is now available.

Members

Led by FEMP, the REWG is made up of more than 100 Federal agency representatives, Department of Energy (DOE) programs, and the renewable energy industry.
