Summary:
The Department of Energy (DOE) welcomes applications for advanced and applied research, development, education, and collaboration in crystalline silicon PV cell and module technology. A single accredited college or university will be selected to conduct research and development activities that advance crystalline silicon PV cell and module technology and manufacturing processes, expand undergraduate and graduate education in PV systems and manufacturing R&D; and address the transfer of PV technologies to industry.
