This is a request for information, not a funding opportunity announcement. The Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking information from industry, academia, and producers of cellulosic biofuels about the most beneficial and efficient way to consider implementation of Section 942 of EPAct. The information will be used by DOE for internal planning and decision-making purposes relative to directing DOE to support such a program.
