Summary:
This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) seeks innovative state programs designed to foster energy efficiency and renewable energy policies, practices, technologies and programs. The goal of this FOA is to stimulate activities that move beyond traditional public awareness campaigns, program maintenance and demonstration projects. EERE seeks to stimulate activities and investments which fundamentally and permanently transform markets across all sectors of our economy. The Office of Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program (OWIP) believes that applications seeking these results will require top-level support from the highest levels of state government, and offerers are encouraged to provide evidence of such support in their applications.
There are two areas of interest for this solicitation:
- Advanced Building Energy Codes
- Utility-scale Clean Energy Capacity
