Summary:
The overall objectives are to provide outreach and communication assistance to the Million Solar Roofs (MSR) state and local partnerships and to photovoltaic stakeholders. The participant shall work with state and local officials in various sectors (e.g., energy and environmental offices, public utility commissions, and building regulators), nongovernmental organizations (e.g., energy service providers, builders, and utilities), Million Solar Roofs partnerships, and the public.
