    Richard Farmer, Fuel Cell Technologies Team, U.S. Department of Energy, will be a keynote speaker at the third Advancing the Hydrogen Economy Action Summit on Tuesday, September 14th.  The conference if being held at the Energy and Environmental Research Center (EERC) in Grand Falls, North Dakota September 13th and 14th. Rick is the key note speaker during lunch on Day Two of the conference, from 1:00 to 1:30.
